Carmen is heating some water and trying to measure the temperature of water using a Celsius thermometer. Which measurement can she expect once the water begins to boil? 32°C 100° C 212°C 373°C

    The Celsius temperature scale was created using the states of water as reference points. 0° C is set as the freezing point of water. 100° C is set as the boiling point of water. (mind you, both of these numbers are at atmospheric pressure)
