    doesn't resemble C for one, for another.... that's not your multiplication either so in short, you haven't done it. the choices are there as guides, not as a menu to choose from multiply then, you'd see what they're, and see if any of the choices match

    well... just multiply them, see what you get pretty straightforward, 4x * (\(7x^2-4x+2)\)
