There are a total of eight marbles that she can draw. Each time she draws there is 3 blue marbles that she can pick. So her chance of picking one blue marble out of the bad is 3/8

Since she wants two blue marbles her chance of picking a blue marble the second time is also still 3/8 since she put the marble back in after she drew it the first time

So then the overall probabity is just multiplying the two probabilities together 3/8 * 3/8
