    Decreasing temp would make the reactants move more slowly which would make the reaction slower., not faster.

    Increasing the concentration would make more particles of reactants in the same volume. How do you think that would affect how often they collide?

    Yep, because increasing the concentration would cause more collisions, similar to increasing temp also causes more collisions and faster collisions.
