1.) The area of a regular hexagon is 38cm^2. What is the area of a regular hexagon with sides four times as long? My answer: 608 cm squared. Is that correct? 2.) What is the area of a regular octagon with a side of 8in? Round the answer to the nearest tenth. My answer: 309.0 inches squared. Is that correct? 3.) Find the area. The figure is not drawn to scale.

    Here are the steps I put: 1/2 * 6.9 * 4 6.9 * 4 * ½ Associative property. 6.9 *2 Simplifying. 6*2 +.9*2 Distributing. 12 +1.8 Simplifying. 13.8 Is that correct?

    tan 22.5 = 4/x x = 4 / tan25 area = 4 * 4/ tan25
