Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0In one hour Michelle, working alone, can complete 1/6 of the work. In one hour Nancy, working alone, can complete 1/3 of the work. Therefore if they work together for one hour they can complete 1/6 + 1/3 =1/2 of the work. Can you now see how many hours they would take to do the job when working together?
