How is the infinitive phrase used in the sentence? To play in the band is my dream. A. adjective B. adverb C. noun as predicate nominative D. noun as subject Well, I would say adjective buuut it could be an adverb too..

    This is a subject. So D. Ask yourself this question: "What is my dream?" Answer: "To play in the band"
