I would leave the bottom 7(x+5) but if you do multiply it out (i.e. distribute the 7) you get 7x+35 (not 7x+30)

Oh ok thanks so any idea how to subtract (x-3) from two binomials being multiplied together?

also, the 2nd fraction should have been multiplied by 7/7 it should look like this \[ \frac{(x+4)(x+5)- 7(x+3)}{7(x+5)} \] now use FOIL to multiply (x+4)(x+5) up top also distribute the -7.... you get -7x-21

It really isn't "simplified form" (whatever that means) but it is one fraction.
