I think that there are facts in memoirs. Memoirs are stories from another person's life. It technically states facts about the events that the person experienced through the story. Opinions can have a different take in the memoir, as to say that one character might disagree with another. The opinion being that (ex.) the person is irresponsible. A fact could be that person didn't take responsibility on taking care of their dog, which lead the person to think that they're irresponsible. I hope this makes sense(?)
