    Im having issues setting up the equation. I know it starts from 49 is the first row then 49-2 is the 47-2 is the next

    You can do this the long way, just add 49 + 47 + 45 + ...+ 7 + 5 + 3

    here is another way of doing it: 49 + 47 + 45 + 43 + 41 + 39 + 37 + 35 + 33 + 31 + 29 + 27 +3 + 5 + 7 + 9 + 11 + 13 + 15 + 17 + 19 + 21 + 23 + 25 --------------------------------------------------------- 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 + 52 12 * 52 = 624
