Will Medal And Fan Best Answer!! I need explanation AND answer! Jessica made $299 for 13 hours of work. At the same rate, how much would she make for 9 hours of work?

    All you have to do is divide 299 by 13, and that will give you how much you make in one hour \[\frac{ 299 }{ 13 } = 23\]

    Now just multiply by 9 to see how much you would make in 9 hours :-)
