    Cuz the chance of him being the president is seventy pervent right, imagine he did i become a president by that 70 percent and there is also a 40 chance to consider . so you have to multiply them together and we can call them fundamental counting principle.

    Ok the answer is 0.28 because you need to multiply the two together. but first you need to put them to decimals so 40% turns into 0.40 and 70% turns into .70 and when you multiply them you get 0.28 or 28%
