Simplify: (sin Θ − cos Θ)2 + (sin Θ + cos Θ)2

    let sinx = x cos x= y \[\huge\rm (x-y)^2 +(x+y)^2\] (x-y)^2 is same as (x-y)(x-y) apply foil method

    alright so foil (x-y)(x-y) here is an example a(b+c) multiply both terms by a a times b+a times c
