Please help me The graphs below show four functions: Graph A shows function f of x equals 5 multiplied by 2 to the power of negative x. Graph B shows function f of x equals 5 multiplied by 2 to the power of x. Graph C shows function f of x equals 10 to the power of x. Graph D shows function f of x equals 10 to the power of negative x. Which graph best shows the function f(x) = 5(2)−x to represent the rate at which a radioactive substance decays?     Yes, it would be Graph A, since the function f(x)=5(2)-x decreases by 1 every time. Graph A shows more decline than graph D

    ok or you could just look at the question and what graph A shows and the look at the function and see they are the same but yes you could do it your way thank you for helping me even though i was a bit slow

    and because at x=2, the rate function shows y is decreased by 1 at graph A from x=2 to x=3 it decreased by 1 value.

    No the answer does not really match the choices on any of it. It says "which graph best shows". You just have to match the similar behavior(slopes and decreasing or increasing)
