HELPPPP ASAP!!! Kennedy's speech implies that if people will fight for freedom and justice, their government will do the same. Which sentence best aligns with this idea?

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country." What idea is Kennedy trying to get readers to understand? They should not expect help from America unless they are willing to help their country. They should focus on what is good for themselves to make a successful society. They should share their talents with society to help improve the whole country. They should work individually to support their own families and not expect government assistance.. I believe the correct answer is c. Well actually I'm stuck between a and c.

At a glance I believed that the correct answer was A,but after analyzing the question a bit more I now believe the correct answer is C. He says ask what you can do for your country, correct? So if you have a talent that can better you home for the better why not use it,instead of just waiting for the big bosses(government) to better America themselves.
