    im pretty sure you have to file a request from the federal court then pass a test. my ex- and his parents had to do that when they moed here from africa.

    very weird, im not an imigrant so i wouldnt completly know, i just kow how my ex and his parents did it, need help with anything else?

    I'm not either. I have friends who had to have it all done and that but not me and no not right now thank you :)
