alright just add the coefficient of same variable here are some example \[\huge\rm 3\color{reD}{x}+2\color{ReD}{x} \] variables are same so you can combine their numbers (3+2)x=5x

okay that is just an example of *like terms * in your question \[\huge\rm \color{reD}{\frac{ 2 }{ 5 }m}-\frac{ 4 }{ 5 }-\color{reD}{\frac{ 3 }{ 5 }m}\] red ones are like terms bec they both have the same variable combine them \[(\frac{ 2 }{ 5 }m-\frac{ 3 }{ 5 }m)-\frac{ 4 }{ 5}\]
