Incomplete Proteins. Plant foods are considered incomplete proteins because they are low or lacking in one or more of the amino acids we need to build cells. Incomplete proteins found in plant foods can be mixed together to make a complete protein. https://www.umass.edu/.../incprot.html

The “incomplete” or less protein-rich foods: The plant-based foods—legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables—also contain all the essential amino acids. However, they have a low amount in one or more of these amino acids. blog.fooducate.com/2012/04/06/what-is-an-incomplete-protein/
