    you need the sum of the probabilities to equal 1 that is you need \[\frac{11}{20}+\frac{6}{20}+\frac{x}{20}=1 \\ \text{ and yes } 11+6=17 \\\ \frac{17+x}{20}=1\] so what does x need to be ?
