Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Okay so what you need to do first is to solve for y. To do this you must isolate the variable by adding 7 and subtracting 2x from both sides. You will end up with y=2x+7 Multiply both sides by 1 to isolate y y=2x7 In order to have an equation be perpendicular to another you need to have the negative inverse of the other slope. y=1/2x +1 I assume you forgot to paste 'd' because there is not the correct answer here.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0The question is messed up. You can see yourself by plugging in '4' for every x and seeing that none of them equal 1.
