Should i use the Major Axis Horizontal Formula? $\frac{ (x-h)^{2} }{ a ^{2} }+\frac{ (y-k)^{2} }{ b ^{2} }$

2. anonymous

Or the Major Axis Vertical Formula? $\frac{ (x-h)^{2} }{ b ^{2} }+\frac{ (y-k)^{2} }{ a ^{2}}$
