    Choose the equation of the horizontal line that passes through the point (-8, -7). A.y = -8 B.y = -7 C.x = -8 D.x = -7

    It is b, but do you know why? When y=-7, there is just a line that passes through -7 non stop, which is always at -7. And it passes through that point
