The options are not well-put to provide an answer that I think is acceptable to explain two seemingly different macroevolutionary events. If I had to select the best answer I will choose allele change and Microevolution as both happen in all cases even during the period of stasis as described or known in punctuated equilibrium (changes are not quite significant for it to make a distinguishable change in the whole population). Speciation occurs, but it is not the source of information (more like lack of) for punctuated equilibrium and in fact it is believed that the speciation of certain portion of population were rather small that made it quite difficult for fossil discovery therefore cannot be used as a basis for evidence for such mechanism. The rest of the options on the first one are okay to say the least that is true for both in various and relative instances. I will provide a paper that is quite easy to read and understand (that is if you've already done your required reading on evolution because a lot of the terms like peripatric speciation, anagenesis, cladogenesis and among others are used) that you or anyone can supplement textbook required reading. http://www.sersc.org/journals/IJBSBT/vol3_no4/3.pdf If you do not have a textbook on evolution and is relying on search engines and a few websites that provide very brief introduction, and would like references to use in the future, let me know.
