ok then it says.. Now that you have selected your ecosystem you can use the link below that goes with your ecosystem to help you answer the following questions about your ecosystem. You can also use other resources but make sure you list what used at the bottom. this is the link for coral reef : http://kids.nceas.ucsb.edu/biomes/coralreef.html

ok um, Coral reefs are generally found in tropical oceans. They form in waters from the surface to about 150 feet deep because they need sunlight to survive. Reefs usually develop in areas that have a lot of wave action because the waves bring in food, nutrients and oxygen to the reef. Reefs need calcium from the water to grow, which is more often available in shallow warm waters. The sun is the source of energy for the coral reef ecosystem. Coral reef ecosystems are important for many reasons. They remove and recycle carbon dioxide, which is a gas that contributes to global warming.Reefs provide food, for example, lobster and conch.

uh, not really, but here's a helpful tip: read through the information again carefully, then write down what you remember WITHOUT looking at the original source. whatever you write will probably be in your own words

#1 Coral reefs can be found in oceans at about 150 feet deep! Coral reefs need sunlight to survive. Reefs need vitamin D from the ocean water so they can grow bigger, which is easier to get in shallow water.
