pls help to answer the question, nimfa can paint the wall in 5 hours. what part of the wall is painted in 3 hours?
solution: since nimfa can paint in 5 hours, then in 1 hour, she can paint 1/5 of the wall her rate of work is 1/5 of the wall each hour. the rate of the work is the part of the task that is completed in 1 unit of time
therefore in 3 hours, she will be able to paint 3*1/5=3/5 of the wall. thanks for answer right away.
