https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ This is EXACTLY like Microsoft Office. You can save in any file format too ! My school recommends that I use it. It's way better than Google Docs. Give it a try and if you don't like it, uninstall it

Google Docs helps a lot. I do all my work on there. As long as you have internet to upload it. (i've learned that you can type without internet, it just won't save

Exactly. I loved being able to do my essays everywhere through my phone since i'm extremely busy and always on the go. Great point @mathway . I absolutely forgot to mention that amazing part of this technology. Continually there is also a powerpoint version and excel type version available as well.
