    it's negative so it's a negative slope go down 1 square and over to the right(or left) 6 sqaures

    another way to do it is plot (0,-6) and (6,-7)

    -1/6 means do down 1 step, and then over (to the right) 6 steps

    you can go 6 to the right and 1 down (it works either way) you could also go 1 up and 6 to the left or 6 to the left then 1 up
