    okay, you got the answer right below it, as long as x's number is horizontal then it parallel to x=8, like x=8 so the coordinates must be (8,0), same with other numbers if it want to be parallel to x=8

    so, do you understand? is just this simple, you want horizon then your x can be any number but your y must be 0 (a,0) ( let a be any number that you like)
