Do you still need help?
Okay. What type of citation do you need? MLA?
For MLA you do a works cited page on a separate page from your essay. you then how you write them changes depending on what you are citing. For instance a book citation will be different from a website online. For good reason. If you want you could send me an example an i'd be happy to do one for you as an example.
I don't know any other style because i've never done them personally, but I could use the site i posted above to try and do an example for you.
Okay. What kind of citations are you looking for?
Can you give me more information?
Okay so your doing an essay and you need to cite your sources using MLA citation. The website that I use is this--- http://www.citationmachine.net/ Its easy- select MLA, then select which one you are citing (where you got your information from- website, newspaper, etc) then fill in the boxes with the information (title, date it was published, etc) then click create citation. Copy and past the citation to your document. The citation it creates will not go in the actually essay (like in the body paragraph) depending on your teacher it will go on the last page of your essay or on a separate document. You will also need to cite in MLA format in your essay. Where you use a quote from your resource you will post the authors name and the title of the article behind the quote. Numerous high school graduates say, “Taking a gap year was the best decision I ever made.” (Hoder, Randye. "Why Your High School Senior Should Take a Gap Year).
Does that help or make any sense??
