    x² + (-x-15)² = 113 x² + (-x - 15)(-x - 15) = 113 x² + x² + 30x + 225 = 113 2x² + 30x + 112 = 0 2(x² + 15x + 56) = 0 2(x + 8)(x + 7) = 0 x = -8, -7 would this be right

    If x = -8, then -8 + y = -15 So y = -7 So a solution is (-8, -7) If x = -7, then -7 + y = -15 y = -8 So a solution is (-7, -8)

It looks like you have the right idea for the rest of it. You just messed up on defining y. Valiant effort! :-)
