    Since it's given that E is the midpoint of DF you than know DE=EF. You first need to find x so far what you have is 5x=35>x=7. Now you can plug in the equation of EF to find its length. 5(7)+10=45. They already give you DE=45. Now DF is twice DE and EF because we know E is the midpoint so 2(45)=90. Hope that helps!
