The diameter of a softball is 3.8 inches. Estimate the volume within the softball. Round answers to the nearest whole number and leave pi in the answer.

    i did it but actually if you have a diameter it is v-1/6*pi*d^3. but it didnt give me any answer available.:/

    a) 73pi b)14pi c)9pi d)58pi for both ways of doing it (radius and diameter formula) i got 28.73

    4/3*3.14*(1.9)^3 You can solve it now... common....

    thats a similar answer i got. i just dont understand. it doesnt match any of the answers but its fine. ill just take a guess on it and divide by 2 which i know is wrong but its fine. thankyou

    Hey the answers given have not substituted pi value so when u solve it without pi value and I got the 3rd answer!
