    There is nowhere near enough information to state that a single value represents a person's abilities. It is highly unlikely that it is so. Utterly silly question.

    Ok Um thanks b.Brandee persuaded her teacher ,Ms. Juarez, to allow her to make up the missed test. Branded's score was 78% calculate her new mean ....Is her new mean 84%?

    84.25% is the new mean, but do you round? I don't think so because it does not say that in the directions
