part A just substitute v = 50 and s = 90 into the equation. Part B.... the max height will occur on the line of symmetry to so find the line of symmetry given $f(t) = at^2 + bt + c$ id found using $t = \frac{-b}{2 \times a}$ in your question you have a = -16 and b = 50 so then substitute this t value into the equation to get the max height. hope it helps
