I've taken flvs and normal classes and talked to a lot of friends about it, and honestly it just depends on your learning style. You have to figure that out for yourself

I haven't taken English 4 cause I am on English 1. :D But yeah it's hard I would say because you have to read the lesson and stuff, then you have to fill out hard worsheets and sometimes the teachers make you look like you done it wrong when you are doing it right, :D Trust me I've been there until they got us a new teacher. But anyways other than that no I wouldn't think it's easy.

I prefer FLVS than in school because it lets you go at your own pace

I'm in that course now. It has a lot of writing and can be extremely tedious, as well as confusing. If you take this course with FLVS, I recommend not taking the Honors route.

English is pretty easy. You use the language to learn chemistry, biology, physics, math etc. For most of us using English is something we unconsciously process as we are presented with new academic materials. However in English class usinitg English to learn English is a little disconcerting and boring. But, as high school requirement says I had to take English 4 and I fluffed through the course no problem because I was concurrently taking physics.
