    If it has the same x value as a point already in the list, it won't be a function

    A. -4 is already an x-value in the set which makes it not a function

    in other words, for it to be a function, you can't have the same x paired with two different y's

    that is correct a function can be on-to-one or many-to-one bot NOT one-to-many
