The variables x and y vary inversely. Use the given values to write an equation that relates x and y. x = 3, y = 6 Okay so someone explained how to do this to me before but i forgot lol

    \(x\) and \(y\) vary inversely means \(y=\dfrac{k}{x}\) for some \(k\). We need to figure out what \(k\) is. We use the info they gave \(6=\dfrac{k}{3}\). What is \(k\)?
