    First Significant figures can be any number but only zeroes sometimes.

    well zeroes are not significant if they are leading... but if they are trapped between 2 numbers they r

    Ok what happens if they are after a number in a decimal like .4500?

    well that would be 4 because if it is a decimal and the 0 is after the decimal and after a number they r significant
