    The angles remain the same as even dilated triangles remain within the same angle proportion.

    But how is that not true? A dilation keeps a triangle similar to the original, as it only modifies proportion, not the shape.

    it not congruent because it does not have the same side lengths buts its similar because when you dilate a figure the angles stay the same

    Yes but it asks 'which of the statements are not true' so hence like you said the triangle is not congruent.
