Find the area of the shaded region in the figure below. 3 in 5 in 8 in. Sorry for not giving an example I don't know how to use that drawing pad thing people on here use.

    all you need is a ruler and a piece of paper then find the area

    No. The example it gave me was a square that looked like an envelope.
