If the rule (x, y) → (x + 3, y – 3) is applied to the original triangle, give the coordinates of and draw the image. Show your work for calculating the coordinates of the resulting image.

    (x, y) → (x + 3, y – 3) means "shift each point 3 units to the right and 3 units down"

    the "x+3" portion tells you to shift each point 3 units to the right and the "y-3" piece tells you to shift each point 3 units down
