    the numbers on the left are the tens digit. the numbers on the right are the ones digits. So the top row that says 2 | 3, 6 means the first numbers on the list are 23 and 26. The second row 3 | 0, 1 means the next numbers are 30 and 31. and it continues like that. This list has an odd amount of numbers, so the median will be the one exactly in the middle when the numbers are in order. All you have to do is count the numbers and pick the one in the middle
