will the length of 8,15,17 form triangle

    the length of the sum of two sides has to be more than the length of the third to make a triangle. So verify that 8 + 15 is greater than 17, 15 + 17 is greater than 8, and 8 + 17 is greater than 15. If they're all true a triangle can be formed

    8^2+15^2=289 √289=17 Therefore, these are dimensions of a right triangle
