Aircraft carriers are very large ships that launch jets. The length of an aircraft carrier is 150 m. A jet taking off accelerates uniformly from rest and travels the length of the aircraft carrier in 2.00 s
What is the magnitude of the jet’s velocity when it leaves the ship?

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0How does this question expect me to figure out the velocity at 2 seconds if they do not give me the acceleration of the jet?

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0I have tried V= displacement/time but that gives me the average velocity, and I think it wants the instantaneous velocity.
