    In a solid the atoms that make up the solid are firmly held in place through intramolecular connections and have very little ability to compress or expand. So in this case not a solid. What would be your next choice on which of the 3 is most compressible.

    Although liquids can be more easily compressed or expanded than solids they are still not the most easily compressible of the three materials. Time for process of elimination.
