We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- 3. In this paragraph, do you see any enlightenment ideas? Which ones?

    when the government becomes too tyrannical/dictatorship-like. when their rights as human beings and as citizens of the country aren't being observed
