TRIGONOMETRY: Find the exact value of tangent of theta over 2 given tangent of theta = negative 5 over 8 and theta is between 3 pi over 2 and 2 pi. .

    look up the half angle formula for tangent ( i always forget it, but it is easy to find) then plug in the number

    you can use \[\tan(\frac{\theta}{2})=\frac{1-\cos(\theta)}{\sin(\theta)}\]
