Hi there! :) First, do you have any ideas?

For the first question there's a possibility it's false. I read that Great Britain was in great debt , but before that I read that Great Britain was extremely wealthy. For the second one I believe it's human rights?

You're right, the first one is false. Britain was in tremendous debt after the French and Indian war. This led them to raise taxes 3x in Britain and establish the intolerable acts on the colonies (leading to the American Revolution). You're right for the second one also. The government was created for the people and by the people (meaning that it supported people's God-given rights).
