    for B you need to use the 2 conversion factors 1 km = 1000m and 1 hr = 3600 secinds

    to find meters per hour you multiply by 3600 then to find km / hr you divide the result by 1000

    no speed of light 3 * 10^8 multiply this by 3.6 * 10^3 then divide the result by 10^3
