    ok so that leaves us with 4 + 3 * 5 now you need to remember the order of operations PEDMAS in particular multiplication becomes before addition.

    Follow the PEMDAS rule Parentheses Exponents Multiplication Division Addition Subtraction do all problems in that order. Use Please Excuse My Dope Azz Swag to make it easier to remember.
